Reservation Terms

  • The Den must be booked in conjunction with one of our suites
  • Confirmation of Booking: Payment is required to confirm bookings.
  • Method of Payment: By internet banking prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation: No refund for cancellation once booking is confirmed.

House Policies

  • Check-in: 2pm.
  • Check-out: 10am.
  • Pets: Not allowed. (Sorry!)
  • Smoking: Not permitted within the house but permissable on verandas or in the garden.
